Hey Marty...I will definitely email. I twisted my back last Wed night and am taking it easy.
I suppose full force with the Weight Watchers and possibly some Water stretching will be in order this week. I had a positive right leg raise on Thursday (meaning possible bulging or herniated disc), but it has since subsided and I am feeling much better.
I weigh-in today and will post the progress.

you have to be very cool and not rush back into anything - I cannot tell you how many times an injury has been made worse, much worse by over-eager athletes rushing back into training - also - think about training 'around the injury' - lots of lying benches, curls, machines are great for traning around bad backs....when in doubt - don't train!
