Just wanted to thank everyone for their help and advice . You can rest assuerd I'll be doing it . Infact I've already bought a heart rate monitor today . I think , by reading your posts, that I've always been going too hard when in actual fact I should have progressively taken steps. Also, I've been doing too many complicated things and getting very little results (this reminds me of an Aerosmith song which says 'Lifes a journey and not a destination'.Thing is also. that a lot of these bad habits I've picked up from so called fitness industry proffessionals which I've spent countless amounts of my good and hard earned money :x ( Brings to mind another Aerosmith song which say 'In the blink of an eye you finally see the light' :shock: )Again thanks to everyone ,and I sincerely look forward to keeping in contact with you all via this forum .
