Promblem with a product I ordered from somebody else

About three weeks ago, before I joined this forum, I ordered a book called the Big Bench Manual from a company called Warren Strength, Inc.
I have yet to receive it and e-mails to the company have not been returned. I also called the company's toll-free number and it was disconnected.
The guy who runs the company is Rett Warren, who works as a strength coach at the US Naval Academy.
Has anybody dealt with him before or ordered the manual? Is the company out of business or are they just really slow in filling orders?

These guys go out of business all the time and somehow "forget" to take down their online billing. They also go on vacation, get sick, have e-mail problems, etc. Just because there's a website up doesn't mean it isn't a one-man operation, and it's usually best to call before placing an order with somebody you don't know.

Caveat Emptor. I'd have your credit card company cancel the charge.

The guy just called me. He said the Web site is being redone and he wasn't notified of the order as he usually is. He sent it overnight today, so I should get it on Monday.
All is well that ends well.
The man works for the US Naval Academy. They don't hire sleezebums (at least I hope they don't).
