Strength at 69 years of age

John Grimek once called him the most natural strongman ever. Guy was benching over 300 in his late 70s. Passed away from prostate cancer at about 83 years of age.

Genetically cannot be duplicated, but I though some of the readers might be interested in his exploits.

Holy Cow! Vast majority of people (me included) couldn't even imagine lifting that much at their peak, let alone at the age of 69! Amazing strength - especially that thing with the 80lbs dumbbells.
