this is a new threat that I would like to start and get some feed back on and any advise that anyone has is more than welcome.
5-3-05 Tuesday
Dead lift:
135x10, 185x5, 225x2x5, 245x3, 275x3x3, 225x2x5
Power clean:
135x3x3
DB Row:
50x8, 80x4x6, 50x10
One arm Barbell curl:
20x10,40X4x5,50X2,30x10
incline DB curls:
20x10,30x2x8,(drop set) 20X2x8 drop to 10X2x4 for a total of 12 reps for each set.
Rev Curl/be-hind-back wrist
45x10 (rev curl) 45x15 (wrist curl)
10 minutes of tanning (that maynot be HC, you decide)

any thoughts or coments or welcome, thanks.

15 sets by my count and where's the core work.

Why not 4 sets of 8 for straight bar or EZ curl or 4 drop sets if you like them (I do) then 3x8-10 back extensions or good mornings and 6-8 sets of weighted abs.

That is not what I ment by "hardcore". By hardcore I ment heavy sets blasting the body and getting a little crazy (while being safe). Ya know through back training smash mouth if you will and for my core work I do sit ups, side bends, rev. body curls. The dead lifts and the squats I do should take care of the low back.
