I'm beginning a cat herd experiment. For the next several weeks I'll be logging my workouts in this thread. My first workout was today for the purpose of establishing my 5 rep max for the 3 lifts.
Day 1
squat
135x5,155x5,180x5,5,5
bench
135x5,155x5,175x5,155x5,155x5
dl
225x5,245x5,265x5,5,5
i'll use 180 for the squat,155 for the bench and 265 for the squat as my 5 rep max's
next workout i'll drop to 65% of each to begin my first cycle workout... stay tuned
