Hmmm....leave for a month and the Paperboy does housecleaning.

Looks good. Wish I could be in more. I am going to try and continue to log in while I am in Iraq. If not, I will continue to post on my Yahoo 360 site at:

I'm working on the next 8 weeks with my kettlebells and a M-W-F program with M and F designated for 20 rep squats.

The team met on its usual Tues-Thurs session today.

Ladder KB swings beg with 12, 16, 24, 28, up the ladder with 20, 15, 10, 8 reps, repeated twice.

3 sets of squat presses: 16kg x 10 reps

Ladder KB neck extensions with neck strap: 12, 16, 24

Twisting Knee ups from chin bar: 2 x 15

Blast strap pushups suspended from chin bar: 2 x 15

That's it for now. Glad to be back for awhile.

Started back in the gym this week. Following a pretty basic routine of presses, pulls, and squats.

I am mucho sore. Still incorporating KB training on off days and starting to apply Pavel's GTG technique.

The III Corps Fitness Center is right down the hall from my office, so I will drop in throughout the day to do some pullups and GPP work.
